Falfish wins Quality Food Award 2015

       Falfish has won a Quality Food Award for its Cornish White Crab Meat.


Falfish won the Shellfish Category in the 36th Quality Food and Drink Awards held at the Grosvenor House Hotel on 5th November 2015. The award was presented by chef, restaurateur and star of TV’s Sunday Brunch Simon Rimmer, with patissier and chocolatier Will Torrent.

Judges praised the product saying: “it has a great sweet taste”  “fresh and you can smell the sea” “a fab product that is very enjoyable to eat”.


Jessika Inkster, National Account Executive for Falfish, quoted “The Cornish handpicked White Crab Meat is a new product for Falfish and over recent months the team have worked hard to produce a great tasting product.  Using locally caught Cornish crab and the traditional method of handpicking, our crab meat retains all of its natural flavours making it perfect for cooking or eating straight from the pot. Winning the quality food award is an accolade that the Falfish team are very proud of”
