We appreciate the efforts of our fishermen to land top quality fish and while the fish is in our care our focus is to maintain quality standards to ensure fish reaches our customers in the best condition possible.

To do this we invest time and effort working at every step of the supply chain to understand and improve quality-focus through innovation and in-house testing at our factory, rigorous staff training, using reliable logistics partners and by working directly with fishermen on best handling practice.  Through working in this way we offer the shortest processing, despatch and logistics times possible.

The Falfish team have a wealth of regional and local knowledge to seek out the best of what is available on a daily basis from the South West's large fleet of 'day boats' and trip vessels.

We are proud of our innovation and technical excellence and are delighted that it has been recognised by others too as independent auditors have awarded Falfish the British Retail Consortium Grade A Global Standard for Food Safety Certification.

Sourcing quality and ethically reared aquaculture is another important aspect of our business and we regularly visit suppliers and farms to audit their operations.
